California Ammo Restriction Bill ACTION ALERT

Desription:

AB962 (DeLeon) would make it a crime to privately transfer more than 50 rounds of ammunition per month, even between family and friends, unless you are registered as a "handgun ammunition vendor" in the Department of Justice’s database. Ammunition retailers would have to be licensed and store ammunition in such a manner that it would be inaccessible to purchasers. The bill would also require purchasers submit to fingerprinting, which would be submitted to the Department of Justice. Lastly, mail order ammunition sales would be prohibited.

UPDATE: 06/03/09 Assembly Bill 962 passed off the Assembly floor, 42 Yes - 31 No. It now moves to Senate.

As of 05/31/2009:
Assembly Bill 962 is currently on the Assembly floor and facing a deadline - the bill must pass the full Assembly by Friday, 6/5/2009, or it becomes a "two year bill". This means that AB 962 would have to wait until 2010 before it could be considered again.

Please contact the members of the Assembly and urge a NO vote on AB 962.

Abortion Doctor Gunned Down

This "Doctor" committed upwards of 60,000 abortions/murders. One hell bent nut job shot him dead at his church. Both committed crimes. As per usual, the leftist spinally challenged hoards are frothing at the mouth blaming everyone except the actual criminals.

Yes, the leftists are all up in arms slipping in the blood of the Doctor to attack "right leaning" TV hosts and of course the NRA and anyone that supports the Second Amendment and is against Abortion.

The one difference in these murders is, one of them killed 59,999 more that the other, in cold blood. I in no way condone cold blooded murder, but my feeling about it is about the same as when I hear one gang banger has killed another.

What would the left do without victims? Their whole existence hinges on the keeping or creating victims. And don't you find it a bit strange that these very same people feel great sorrow and tears for the murdered Doctor but not even a mention of the 60,000 babies that were snuffed out?

As seen in this Michelle Malkin article, President Obama immediately released a statement of shock and outrage in regards to the murder of Doctor Tiller but, no statement yet about the murder of a recruiter outside of the Arkansas military recruiting center by a Muslim.
