UPDATE from LA TIMES

"According to KTLA News, Los Angeles Urban Policy Roundtable President Earl Ofari Hutchinson is calling the depiction politically mean-spirited and dangerous. Hutchinson is challenging the group to come forward."

Another Hollywood Movie I Will Not Spend $$ On

"When it comes to selling "G.I. Joe" outside the U.S., the message is "this is not a George Bush movie -- it's an Obama world," director Stephen Sommers said. "Right from the writing stage we said to ourselves, this can't be about beefy guys on steroids who all met each other in the Vietnam War, but an elite organization that's made up of the best of the best from around the world." LATIMES Via Drudge Report

At first glance, I wanted to see this movie, but when a celebutard or some director that thinks they know more than us Peons (taking cues from Obama), goes out of the way to insult a huge portion of a potential paying audience I will not be part of that or give my money to these people.

Truth be told, I had very low hopes that this movie would be even entertaining. After all Hollywood has put out a string of big budget blowout movies that essentially SUCK AIR.

Sure they make the millions the first weekend but the films are empty shells that mean nothing and do nothing and in the long run will be long forgotten. I have a very strong feeling that GI JOE will fall right in line with all the rest of the muddy mediocre garbage that has been coming out of Hollywood, with the exception of Star Trek.

I can almost guarantee that this movie is laced with political underpinnings and one world, global community BullS**t.
